Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Imperial Eminence Cyberguard Corporation collects when you use the Product Vault and why.

What we collect

• Your name, email, and profile image from your Google or Microsoft account.
• Sign-in events and the provider used.
• Download records: which file and version, timestamp, browser user-agent, and a salted hash of your IP address (never the raw IP).
• Security events such as failed verifications or rate-limit hits.

Why we collect it

To authenticate you, authorise downloads, prevent abuse, and maintain an audit trail for security. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We set a single secure, HttpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated logs at any time by emailing edu@imperialecc.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

Processors

We rely on Supabase (database & file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (security & verification). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms.
