Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Imperial ECC Product Vault at store.imperialecc.com (the “Portal”), operated by Imperial Eminence Cyberguard Corporation (“Imperial ECC”, “we”).

1. Eligibility & accounts

Access requires authentication through a supported identity provider (Google or Microsoft) with a verified email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Licence to software

Software obtained through the Portal is licensed, not sold. You may install and use it for your personal or institutional use. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse engineer any installer or its contents without written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to circumvent the Portal’s security controls, automate downloads, share signed links, or attempt to access files you are not authorised to download. Download activity is logged.

4. No warranty

Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Imperial ECC is not liable for any damages arising from its use, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Changes
